I am not so fortunate like other volunteers to go there and to
serve the people of Kalimpong, but I am experiencing the change in mindset of our
volunteers after coming back from this tour. Thanks to the people of NER and
GFF for allowing us to contribute personally to this project. This tour has
become a lifetime experience for Ekin volunteers and we hope that we will get
more opportunities in future to help the underprivileged areas. Personally I
would like to thank all our volunteers for contributing their time and effort
in making this project a big success and to several individuals who in one way
or another contributed and extended their help and support. Thanks to Ruben and
Javier for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful project.
Thanks,
Renu is the Assistant Manager at EKIN. And she was one of the two very-hard-working project-coordinators that managed to make this project a success.
